The asset of the solution is creation of new urban spaces of courtyard for the existing school, a residential and technological centre with clearly defined entrance and areas for parking already in the 1st phase of the project. What appears to be problematic is typology of accommodation and technological part as well as a conflict building of a barrier on the north edge of the area towards neighbours and reduction of the quality of their living.
