The proposal creates a horizontal platform at the axis of the building by prof. Dušan Kuzma, with different architecture vertically layered typologies of parking, entrance, technological centre and public space. Phasing of completion in the 2nd phase of the project seems to be inappropriate, as well as intricate dispositions of the technological centre and public spaces.
